John Pentz has been involved in the real estate and development business for over 40 years after graduating from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
John started development in Mexico in 2001 and is considered one of the most successful real estate developers in Los Cabos having been involved with the following projects:

His passion for developing luxury projects in Los Cabos is evident while he enjoys playing golf, deep sea fishing and spending time with friends and family.
John and his wife, Melinda reside in Puerto Los Cabos in San Jose del Cabo, where he has served as HOA President, Fundadores Beach Club President and the Design Review Committee while building 3 luxury homes there. John and Melinda are also residents of Mexico.
John and Melinda have also founded and are active Board participants in Inspire Mexico Foundation, a US 501c3 Charity and Iluminame AC, a non-profit charity in Mexico.
